I started this week by priming the derusted rollers in the rear route number box.  Whilst this cured, I sorted out three rolls for the rear box and determined that I need three new ones, so must organise that this week.  After that, I cleaned and primed the  right-hand upright of the windscreen opening and the moulding  over the front mudwing, then started cleaning the remaining paint off the valance underneath the front destination box and priming the steel screw heads and steel section of the valance with No.1 rust beater.  This is all in preparation for painting the front of the bus assembling and fitting the windscreen.  I primed the top horizontal of the windscreen aperture next.  I next started filling the gaps in the beading with Finissage around the front and cab of the bus, this was something Duncan had noticed on his last visit and needed doing before undercoat was applied.
