Completed welding repair sections to the frame of the rearmost N/S window. Power cut meant there was no time for a trial fit so that is tomorrow’s job.

When viewed under a strong light, pinholes due to the thinness of the material were evident in some of the joints. I welded these up the following day by putting a plate behind the pinhole then plug welding it. This allowed the weld pool to spread without blowing further holes. If the rest are the same I may have to reinforce the flange where it curves to meet the windowsill, though I suspect each one will be different.
